Being Trusted vs. Being Liked

Trust is the single most important business element, not likes. I’m seeing too many new and veteran business folks get this confused.

Getting someone to trust you enough to buy is hard. Just because someone likes your post doesn’t mean they trust you.

In fact, if you are interesting, people will like you. If you are interested, people will trust you.

Trust is at the heart of every transaction and always on trial, every day.
