This was the case for one of our clients recently who’s in the home service space.
Because of the current economic environment, prospects are now mentioning that they’re collecting multiple proposals for home renovations and remodels. And our client noticed a drop in proposal conversion versus proposals developed.
So they asked us to shift marketing resources from lead generation to lead conversion and customer experience. While there are many forms of lead conversion, in this case, it was the acceptance of proposals.
We immediately analyzed the current proposal process and revamped the proposal document to now educate prospects by showing them our client’s approach to solving their problem, allowing prospects to see themselves building a relationship with our client’s remodeling firm, demonstrating knowledge and expertise, and showing past successes.
The office manager couldn’t believe the new results for proposal acceptances in just 2 weeks coming from a slight shift in their process.
