When you receive emails and calls from someone who’s asking about the experience your past clients had, wanting to know your certifications and licenses, seeking to understand your service and invoicing process, then I truly believe they’re looking for a reason to choose you and your firm over just price.

From experience when someone doesn’t have a reason that they value when choosing a provider, then they move to the only reason they know: price.

This is why it’s so important to define and communicate the little things that you and your firm do.

Customers often appreciate the little things such as: clean up 🚮 the job site each day, explain things 🗣 in plain English, return phone calls 📲 promptly or provide recommendations 📢 of other service providers.

The key 🔑 is to find these differences and make them your primary marketing strategy.
