How to introduce all the services and products you offer to customers

When you own a business there are tons of scary moments, situations, and meetings that surface but for your marketing, there are words that are the scariest of all time.

The words you never want to hear when you own a business are: “I didn’t know you offered that.”

Those words are a clear indicator that your marketing has a problem. Think about it?

When a prospect becomes a customer, it’s usually to purchase a specific service or solve a specific problem. When you solve that problem the job is done, right? Wrong.

To build true marketing momentum your job has just begun.

My advice is to create a monthly or quarterly process for how you’re going to introduce specific aspects of your business to current customers and in a way where this information can be consumed in multiple ways.
