How to scale your small business while maintaining quality

Recently I was consulting with the CEO of a $250,000 service provider who is focused on scaling while maintaining quality.

One of things I mentioned to this CEO is that “you cannot create a business that is unique to every customer.”

You must develop not only a marketing but a business process that has systems and repeatable tasks. You must create a process that will adapt to a change in volume while being flexible to handle different customer needs.

To sum it up. Focus on these key elements:

1.Create a unique way to treat and serve clients
2. Develop a repeatable service or process
3. Create a consistent methodology
4. Build a lead generation flow
5. Convert qualified leads
6. Partner with others
7. Document your processes to delegate
