There are really only four ways to grow a business: ⠀

#1. Get more leads⠀
#2. Close more deals⠀
#3. Increase your average transaction⠀
#4. Add products and services to your offerings⠀

Of the ways mentioned above, trying to generate more leads is the most expensive.⠀

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not suggesting that you drop your lead generation efforts, I’m simply giving you the insight to focus on the other three first to make your marketing successful and less expensive. ⠀

In other words, fix your message, fix your sales process, and fix your customer journey. Do that and you might actually find that you can grow your business while decreasing the number of leads you need to in order to do so. ⠀

Too often a single focus on lead generation for growth can attract the wrong kind of prospect and run your resources dry while you chase your tail looking for the next live one.⠀
