Specifically on how and where to use it within the customer journey for their business.

Just in case you wanted to know yes sales materials still hold an important place in your marketing but only if materials can be strategically mapped to each phase of the customer journey.

Whether your sales efforts happen in a meeting with prospects or via video call, there is still a place for presentation materials and leave-behinds.

For this client’s situation, sales materials would help them “leave a footprint” when participating in virtual or in-person education events.

If you can leave something physical behind, like a worksheet or presentation, you’re far less easily forgotten.
