So many owners and CEOs invest their resources of time, energy, attention, and money into every idea or tactic of the week.

Trying lead generation services, signing up for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, clubhouse, and any other social account being mentioned, purchasing followers, buying LinkedIn automation, I mean you name it I’ve probably seen it.

When the real investment to be made is in the things offline like their customer experience.

To me if a small business owner focuses more on making the experience of their service or product so amazing the social and spreading the word online part will take care of itself.

So I pose the question “what are you doing offline that will amplify online?”
