Why You Must Educate On Problems Before Solutions
I want to talk about solving problems.
I really think your customers don’t know how to solve their problems, but they usually know what their problems are.
If you get good at educating prospects and customers on how you solve the problems they see and feel, they’ll just buy your solution to make the pain go away.
For illustration purposes, I’ll outline a few of the common problems we hear.
Strategy problems (examples of a prospect’s needs expressed as a problem)
- I feel like I’m trying to sell to anyone and everyone
- Price is always an issue with my customers
- I seem to be attracting the wrong types of customers
- I’m struggling to stand out from my competitors
