REALLY need to be talking about this more.

If you want to know what it is that makes you different, speak with your current clients. Often you have no idea how much they appreciate the little things you do.

Recently Indispensable Marketing did some marketing work for the owner of an IT Consulting Firm who swore their unique difference was years in business and quality solutions.

When we spoke with a number of their past clients they all told us that they loved how their technicians spoke in plain English, were always available to help and responded to their needs.

Remember it’s not a unique point of difference unless the client says it is!
