There are many reasons why monitoring your competitor’s marketing is beneficial but never a good reason to copy your competitor’s marketing.

I’ve been developing marketing strategies and marketing plans for over a handful of years and the one thing I can tell you is for true marketing momentum every element of marketing must be created to best serve the needs of your business and your customers.

Not copied.

Your customers may want to be marketed, engaged, sold, served, followed up with, communicated with and supported differently than your competitor's customers.
